0800hrs Pick up from hotel to Kadamaian White Water Rafting starting point

1000hrs Arrive at starting point at Tagal Lingkubang

Gear up & attend safety briefing

1030hrs Begin white water rafting along the Kadamaian River. Enjoy paddling through Class 1-2 rapids with the beautiful close view of Mount Kinabalu in the background.

1200hrs Complete rafting & arrive at Xtreme Paddlers' ending point at Kampung Bayayat (Bayayat Village).

Enjoy a sumptuous lunch of local dishes

1330hrs Transfer to one of Kadamaian Community Based Tourism activity centre (in Kadamaian village)

1400hrs Arrive at activity centre and participate in Community Based cultural activities (Handicraft making workshop / Traditional Cooking Demonstration / Learn the traditional dance - Dusun Tindal Mongigol)

1700hrs Bid Kadamaian farewell and depart for Kota Kinabalu.
