ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Unlock wild Borneo on this rafting trip down the Kadamaian River.
A dramatic Eden with new adventures around every twist and turn, hold on tight as you paddle down the Kadamaian River in Borneo – bouncing on rapids and working as a team to navigate the river’s bumps and bends in the shadow of the region’s mighty mountain – finishing up in picturesque Kota Belud.
 
Location
This activity takes place on the Kadamaian River, approximately 1hour from Kinabalu Park and 1 ½ hours from Kota Kinabalu City. The white water rafting journey takes about 1 ½ - 2 hours and stretches for 10km with a mix of technical rapids, ending at Kg Taginambur in Kota Belud.
 
 
ITINERARY:
(There are 3 different departure time: MORNING, MID-MORNING & AFTERNOON. Please refer to the itinerary below:)
 
MORNING DEPARTURE TIME
 
0800hrs: Meet at hotel lobby and transfer directly to Xtreme Padllers starting point located at Kampung Lingkubang, Kota Belud (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive).
 
1000hrs: Once arrive at starting point, guests start gearing up and are introduced to their Rafting Captain of the day who will brief them on safety techniques and procedures.
White water rafting adventure begins! Rafting will take place for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes depending on water level for a distance of 10KM.
 
1200hrs: Arrive at Xtreme Paddlers ending point at Kampung Taginambur. Freshen up, rest and enjoy the buffet lunch served.
 
1230hrs: Depart ending point to proceed to next tour activity or transfer back to Hotel.
 
1400hrs: Estimated time of arrival at hotel.
 
 
MID-MORNING DEPARTURE TIME:
 
0930hrs: Meet at hotel lobby and transfer directly to Xtreme Paddlers ending point located at Kampung Taginambur, Kota Belud (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive depending on traffic condition).
 
1130hrs: Upon arriving at ending point, guests will be served a lunch buffet before proceeding to the starting point at Kampung Lingkubang for their white water rafting tour.
 
1240hrs: Arrive at Xtreme Paddlers’ starting point at Kampung Lingkubang where guests are introduced to their Rafting captain of the day and briefed on safety techniques and procedure. May the White water rafting fun begin!
Rafting will take place for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes depending on water level for a distance of 10 km.
 
1440hrs: Arrive at Xtreme Paddlers ending point at Kampung Taginambur. Freshen up, rest and enjoy the simple refreshments served before departing for their next tour activity or return to hotel.
 
 
AFTERNOON DEPARTURE TIME:
 
1200hrs: Meet at hotel lobby and transfer directly to Xtreme Padllers starting point located at Kampung Lingkubang, Kota Belud
(approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive depending on traffic condition).
 
1500hrs: Once arrive at starting point, start gearing up and guests’ are introduced to their Rafting Captain of the day who will brief them on safety techniques and procedures.
White water rafting adventure begins! Rafting will take place for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes depending on water level for a distance of 10 km.
 
1640hrs: Arrive at Xtreme Paddlers ending point at Kampung Taginambur. Freshen up, rest and enjoy the Hi Tea served.
 
1710hrs: Depart from ending point and proceed to next tour activity or transfer back to Hotel.
 
1840hrs: Estimated time of arrival at hotel.
