Day 1 Highlights: - Early pickup & kayak briefing at Tanjung Aru Beach - Paddle to hidden coves and quiet island beaches - Enjoy a beachside lunch and explore tropical shores - Check in at Mamutik Island for dinner & island stay Day 2 Highlights: - Breakfast at the resort and morning paddle - Island hop to explore more of the marine park - Snorkel, relax & enjoy lunch on a sandy beach - Final paddle back to Tanjung Aru & transfer **Note: This is a sample itinerary and may be adjusted based on weather conditions, sea state, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Policy
1. Services Covered Your booking includes only the listed activities. Extra activities or services not included will incur additional fees. Itinerary may change due to operational needs or external factors. 2. Participant Responsibilities Be on time for all activities, including pickups. No refunds for missed activities due to participant delays. Plan for possible delays to avoid disruption. 3. Participation Expectations Join all booked activities. No refunds for skipped activities, regardless of the reason. 4. Health & Physical Readiness Inform Xtreme Paddlers of any health concerns before booking. Those with serious health conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns must get medical clearance. A travel liability form must be completed by all participants. 5. Changes & Cancellations A. Changes to Activity Date Single-Day Trips: Free changes, subject to availability. Notify us 7 working days before the trip. Any extra costs due to changes are your responsibility. Multi-Day Trips: Free changes, subject to availability. Notify us 30 working days before the trip. Additional costs are your responsibility. B. Cancellation Policy Single-Day Trips: More than 3 Days Before: Full refund minus processing fees. Less than 3 Days but More than 24 Hours: 50% refund minus processing fees (if full payment is made). 24 Hours or Less / No Show: No refund. Multi-Day Trips: More than 30 Days Before: Partial refund minus third-party fees and a 10% handling fee. Less than 30 Days Before: No refund. Postponement Due to Travel Restrictions (Multi-Day Trips): You may postpone if travel restrictions apply. Additional costs are your responsibility. C. Cancellations by Xtreme Paddlers If we cancel due to unforeseen events, you may reschedule or get a full refund (minus 4% of the payment gateway fees) D. Late Arrival / No-Show Late arrivals or no-shows causing disruptions will be charged extra costs (e.g., missed transport). 6. Liability Limitations Xtreme Paddlers is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage. We recommend travel and health insurance. 7. Agreement to Terms By booking, you agree to these terms.
