Minimum Booking Requirement: 4 person (kindly refer to our policy below for any bookings less than the minimum pax requirement) Package Inclusion: - Pick up and drop off from/to your hotel or accomodation in Kota Kinabalu vicinity - Guided rafting on Kiulu river and personal usage of rafting equipement - Lunch buffet - Entrance fees - Return transport to basecamp (if necessary) - Guided paddle boarding at Tanjung Aru beach (including guide and equipments) Exclusion: Tips and Gratuity, Meals and Items not mentioned in the inclusions above. ------- Sample Itinerary: [Morning White Water Rafting+Sunset Paddle Boarding at Tanjung Aru] 10 AM: Pick up from accomodation/location in Kota Kinabalu city (additional charges apply for outskirt pick up) and transfer to Kiulu Town 11 AM: Arrive at Kiulu town/Xtreme Paddler's base at Kiulu • Change to watersports attire and gear up • Attend safety and technique briefing 11.30 AM: Rafting on Kiulu river begins! Paddle through rapid level 1-2. Make stops for swimming, quick exploration and photo taking along the way. 1.30pm: Arrive at ending point and return to base. • Freshen up, change to dry attire • Enjoy lunch 3 PM: Depart Kiulu and transfer to Tanjung Aru beach 4 PM: Arrive at Tanjung Aru • Store items at Xtreme Paddler's Tanjung Aru base. Gear up • Attend paddleboarding safety and technique briefing 4.45PM: Paddleboard from Tanjung Aru beach, glide through turquoise sea water to explore unique points along the beach coast 6 PM: Enjoy the scenic sunset view lauded to be one of the best sunset views. Phototaking and begin return to the beach. • Return to base • Change attire and visit local coconut, food and juice stalls. 7.15PM: Board your coach and return to your hotel/accomodation. disclaimer: Time is estimate and subject to change based on actual events.

A. Minimum Booking Requirements & Price Displayed: i. Kindly check the minimum booking requirements for each experience booked. ii. Xtreme Paddlers/Wander Waves Adventures reserves the right to cancel the booked trip should you not meet the minimum booking requirement. iii. Displayed prices for each experience is based on the minimum booking requirement set for each experience. Price differs for any bookings made less than the required minimum pax. B. Cancellation Terms: 1a. Cancellation made by customers: Any cancellation made more than 3 days before activity date, Free cancellation with full refund (of any payment made) back to customer . 2a.No refund of any payment will be given for any No Show or cancellation made 24hrs or less before pick up or meeting time on the activity date. B. In the event of cancellation made by Xtreme Paddlers due to operation disruption caused by (and not limited to) landslide, harmful river and weather conditions, an option to either postpone or receive a full refund will be offered to the customer. C. In the event customers did not show up on time for either pick up Or/and meet up which causes any disruption to operation, any additional cost due to this disruption (ie missed train etc) will be borne by customer.
